Sue DeRosa has worked in higher education in university and auxiliary environments for more than 35 years. Her experience working in sponsored programs administration and in non-profit auxiliary organizations has provided her with extensive knowledge of administrative processes and operations – from both a university system and individual campus perspective. She has extensive knowledge of a wide variety of government regulations and cost principles including the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and other federal regulations including Department of Health and Human Services and the National Science Foundation. During her tenure, in the California State University system, Sue provided counsel on proposed federal and state legislation, drafted and implemented systemwide and campus policies and procedures, negotiated a model agreement with the State of California, and provided training and support to the 23-campus system on matters related to compliance with existing and new regulations, systemwide policies and internal and external audits. 

Denise Bell has worked in higher education with focus on auxiliary organizations and sponsored program administration for more than 30 years. During this time, she has provided leadership in sponsored programs at five different universities (two of which have been consulting services, post retirement). Her expertise includes broad knowledge of federal, state and local government regulations and policy/procedure review, revision and development. Denise has been responsible for many audits including funding agency audits, internal and other external audits, including the annual Single Audit.
